team approach to care

Every patient is supported by a coordinated care team that works together to evaluate symptoms, explain recommendations, and develop a plan. We keep you informed throughout the visit so you understand what is happening and what comes next.

access through transparency

In traditional ERs, a lot of great work happens behind closed doors. At inkwell, abundant windows, glass exam room doors, and an open layout create visibility into our space. We invite you to watch our dedicated team care for your pet.

streamlined emergency care

Our process begins the moment you call in. A highly trained veterinary care representative will start the triage process even before you walk in the door! While wait times vary in any emergency setting, this approach helps our team provide swift, efficient care upon your arrival.

our facility

inkwell’s facility was designed to make emergency care feel open and approachable. Glass exam room doors, big windows, and a treatment area you can see from almost anywhere keep you connected to your pet’s care. The workflow behind it comes from our team’s years in emergency and specialty-referral hospitals. Pieces from local artists adorn the walls, and coffee from our favorite local roasteries is brewing in the corner.

We hope you never need us. But we’re here if you do.
